A pioneering environmental technology firm is looking for an Account Manager in the electronics market.Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute account plans aligned with segment and marketing strategies
* Build and nurture relationships with customers at all organisational levels
* Lead negotiations on pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions
* Establish connections and expand relationships with new customers in target segments
* Identify and acquire projects to drive business growth
* Gather market insights and trends to support localised value proposition development
Requirements:
* More than 3 years of experience in commercial function (sales, marketing, new business development, technical sales, etc.) in chemical or B2B industries
* Experience in engineering plastics is preferred
* Prior experience at an automotive, E&E, consumer, and industrial OEMs or parts suppliers is preferred
* Proven experience in collaborating with various functions in a global and matrix organisation
* Fluent level written and verbal English and Japanese
