A renowned global entertainment company is looking for a Business Development Manager.Responsibilities:
* Lead strategic planning for studio tour trade business
* Manage and maintain relationships with trade partners
* Drive business acquisition and oversee partner ticket sales
* Forecast and optimise ticket sales for maximum performance
* Organise participation in local and international trade events and sales missions
* Review and manage sales reporting and partner content approval
* Coordinate with internal tech teams on ticket sale systems and operations
Requirements:
* Practical experience in Sales or Business Development in Travel, Hospitality, or Attraction industries
* Strong understanding of Japan's domestic and inbound travel industry
* Knowledge of travel industry systems is ideal
* Extensive network in Travel and Attraction industries is a plus
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Proficient in English and Japanese
