A global energy company is looking for a Japan Regional Manager.Responsibilities:
* Guide management staff in assigned region
* Set performance objectives
* Evaluate and optimise operational performance
* Ensure regulatory and company standards are upheld
* Prepare operations and financial reports
* Drive compliance and lead culture
* Commercial delivery of Trading & Shipping agenda by enabling and influencing
* Represent at external forums as needed and act as Government liaison for Trading & Shipping related matters
Requirements:
* Master's degree or equivalent in finance, risk management, commodities, energy trading
* Background in commodities trading, risk management, crafting compliance culture, developing, and driving strategy
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Ability to navigate and lead optimally in a matrix organisation
* Ability and willingness to travel
