A global software development company is looking for a Sales Development Representative Lead. This is a remote setup role.Responsibilities:
* Identify prospects, reach out to potential clients, and schedule appointments
* Lead and motivate a team of SDRs and interns
* Represent the company and promote services to potential and current clients
* Generate leads, plan daily work schedules, and develop opportunities
* Maintain relationships with current clients, identify new opportunities
* Prepare professional reports for executive-level presentations
* Coordinate with sales reps, perform market research, and utilise CRM for client activities
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 2 years of sales experience with software solutions
* Proven ability to meet/exceed sales performance metrics
* Strong interpersonal communication skills
* Native level Japanese; business level English
