* Develop sales strategies and KPIs aligned with short- and long-term goals
* Lead strategic actions to achieve financial targets and manage demand forecasting
* Build strong business relationships with wholesalers and vet clinics
* Supervise and optimise team performance, providing guidance and feedback
* Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams for business expansion
* Foster a positive and results-driven team culture
Requirements:
* Proven experience as Sales Director or managing a mid-size sales team
* Prior experience in developing client-focused sales strategies
* Ability to lead the sales process, manage against competitors, and articulate product value
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
* Fluent level Japanese; business level English
