A multinational information technology service company is looking for a Design Delivery Head.Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of designers to foster growth and high-quality work
* Oversee design project delivery from conception to execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are maintained
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and provide tailored design solutions
* Coordinate with product management, engineering, and marketing to align project goals
* Identify and implement improvements in design delivery processes for enhanced efficiency
* Manage client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring their vision is realised in design
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical or automotive engineering
* More than 15 years of experience in automotive design
* More than 10 years of experience in leadership or management roles in Japan
* Experience delivering complex design projects across automotive industries
* Skilled in design tools (Catia, UG NX, etc.)
* Fluent level Japanese and English
