ワイヤーボンディング装置メーカーにて技術者として働きます。・トラブル対応
・装置の設置およびお客様へのフォロー対応
・ワランティー対応（導入直後の故障の修理対応）
・プリセールス（お客様の求めているスペックを満たしているかの確認）
