A global electronics products company is looking for a Japan Commercial Controller.Responsibilities:
* Lead actionable financial analysis to improve commercial profitability through collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations
* Partner with business leaders to develop strategies to maximise growth and solve complex challenges
* Provide financial governance and guidance on pricing strategy and contract reviews
* Support key decisions with strong data analysis and risk/reward considerations
* Influence the adoption of new financial systems and analytics
* Engage with Japan and AP Finance teams, Commercial leaders, and other key stakeholders
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 5 years of experience in Finance FP&A, Controlling, or Business Planning in IT hardware/services or similar environments
* Practical experience in international environments and working with global teams
* Experience in large multinationals, working with offshore teams, and systems like SAP, Power BI, and Qliksense is desired
* Strong stakeholder management, change management, and problem-solving skills
* Possess a valid MBA, CPA, CFA qualification is ideal
* Advanced business level English; proficient in Japanese (Chinese is a plus)
