A global chemical company is seeking a QA Manager.Responsibilities:
* Implement and maintain quality systems, ensuring ISO and regulatory compliance
* Collaborate with management to uphold Quality Policy and meet facility goals
* Lead audits, including external agency, customer, and internal audits
* Manage quarterly Quality Steering Committee meetings and Annual Management Reviews
* Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) efficiencies and participate in pillar leadership
* Manage and develop direct and indirect reports
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in a technical field (engineering, biology, microbiology, or chemistry)
* More than 10 years of experience in manufacturing or RDE (research, development, and engineering)
* More than 5 years of supervisory experience
* Experience in a continuous improvement setting
* Prior experience in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or 5S is ideal
* Proven experience as an ISO 9001 internal lead auditor
* Proficient in Japanese and English
