A global beauty company is looking for a Validation Senior Manager.Responsibilities:
* Conduct filling & assembly line trials for product transfers and new launches
* Validate new components to drive cost savings
* Collaborate with packaging R&D and suppliers to ensure component readiness
* Coordinate with the global agility transfer team for new SKU transfer feasibility
* Work with QA and brand teams to confirm product quality during trials
* Approve Bill of Material in SAP post-line trials
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in packaging engineering, industrial design, mechanical engineering, or a relevant domain (Master's degree is a plus)
* More than 5 years of experience in package design or validation engineering (cosmetic or consumer goods industry is preferred)
* Knowledge of packaging materials and manufacturing processes
* Strong project management skills
