【業務内容詳細】
-Report to COO.
-Manage 8 staff.
-Develop and execute mid-term supply chain local strategies.
-Monitor supply chain risks to minimize operational and financial impacts.
-Collaborate with counterparts in HQ and APAC for optimized supply coordination.
-Optimize inland logistics structure, including drayage, warehousing, and outbound transportation, to ensure quality service at reasonable costs.
-Implement local S&OP and planning processes to balance demand, supply, inventory, and warehouse capacity effectively.
-Achieve SCM KPIs through cross-functional collaboration.
-Manage inventory both physically and theoretically.
-Ensure appropriate process controls and documentation for stable operations.
-Drive digitalization and streamline supply chain management processes.

- 必須

-5+ years of experience in supply chain management principles and lean supply chain practices.
-Business-level Japanese.
-Business-level English.
-Proven track record of improving operational service levels and efficiency.
-Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects within timeline and budget constraints.
-Strong analytical skills and judgment.
-Knowledgeable in forecasting and demand planning, including key drivers.
-Proven ability to establish strong partnerships with external logistics operators.
-Willingness to explore new methods for improving efficiency.
-Critical perspective to identify risks and opportunities.
-Track record of accurate forecasting.
-Effective management of stock days.
-Experience with warehouse operation KPIs related to quality and efficiency.
-High on-time delivery rate.
-Effective management of logistics costs.
