You will take ownership of the full Finance Operations function, ensuring all bookkeeping is done accurately, while managing a small team. You are prepared to challenge the status quo to improve processes.
This function reports to Head of Finance, and works closely together with Finance Analyst who is responsible for all group reporting requirements

* Financial Management
* Manage end-to-end functions, including Treasury, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), payroll accounting, and tax.
* Lead the Finance Operations team, consisting of one accountant and two receivables staff.
* Perform complex bookkeeping tasks to maintain precise financial records.
* Payroll Ownership and collaborate with HR to manage payroll accounting.
* Coordinate with external auditors, accounting service providers, and other consultants.
* Compliance and Reporting
* Prepare annual tax returns in collaboration with tax partners.
* Ensure compliance with all direct and indirect taxes.
* Handle capital expenditure (CAPEX) spending and IFRS16 compliance.
* Maintain bookkeeping practices aligned with internal and external policies.
* Continuous Improvement & Stakeholder Management
* Drive operational efficiencies across all team processes and reallocate work when needed.
* Improve internal processes to minimize reliance on outsourced finance functions.
* Act as a key finance business partner for local leadership and the GM team.

- 必須

・財務学士・修士号または同等の資格を持つ CA/CPA 資格者
・財務 ERP (Microsoft Dynamics、SAP など) に精通している
・細部にまで踏み込み、高い精度基準をお持ちの方
