A multinational apparel company is seeking a Sr. Director of Digital Commerce.Responsibilities:
* Set and achieve financial targets, including revenue and profitability goals
* Develop and execute business strategy across pricing, promotions, digital marketing, and customer experience
* Enhance branding and product display to provide an optimal online shopping experience
* Create segmentation strategies for marketplace and e-tail partners
* Identify growth opportunities through cross-functional collaboration with internal and external teams
* Lead and develop a high-performing digital team and foster an inclusive culture
Requirements:
* 5-10 years of experience in eCommerce
* Knowledge of digital marketing and marketplace landscape and the levers available to drive growth.
* Fluent level Japanese; proficient in English
