A global electronics company is looking for a Global Sourcing Manager.Responsibilities:
* Negotiate prices and contracts globally, securing favourable terms and conditions
* Provide forecasts to suppliers and communicate on sourcing issues
* Coordinate with suppliers on non-conforming materials and track corrective actions with Quality teams
* Facilitate and participate in Quality Audits for existing and new suppliers
* Implement supplier management, evaluation, and assessment processes
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance supply security through proactive supplier engagement
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Science and Technology
* More than 8 years of working experience in direct materials sourcing
* Proven experience in semiconductor, display, or chemical industries
* Experience in strategic sourcing, commercial negotiation, cost analysis, and supplier management
* Prior legal, IP and international trading experience is a plus
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Fluent level Japanese and English
