A global IT services company is looking for a FA Service Delivery Manager.Responsibilities:
* Manage finance and accounting delivery accounts and oversee a team of 60+ members
* Lead projects to meet goals and fulfil customer expectations while maintaining strong client relationships
* Support transitions for new accounts and ensure seamless service delivery post-transition
* Ensure adherence to all SLAs and report metrics regularly
* Maintain compliance with internal and external audit standards, ensuring no observations or non-conformities
* Oversee month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion
Requirements:
* More than 12 years of work experience in finance and accounting with expertise in PTP, RTR, and OTC processes
* Proven experience in SSC deployment projects and process gap analysis
* Proficient in process transformation and continuous improvement
* Strong communication and people management skills
* Possess valid accounting certifications (CPA, etc.) or lean six sigma training preferred
* Native level Japanese; business level English
