A renowned internet technology company is looking for a Procurement Vendor Manager.Responsibilities:
* Manage and own vendor site performance while collaborating with internal and external teams to enhance quality and efficiency of the program
* Proactively detect potential risks and implement corrective actions to maintain excellent performance
* Conduct in-depth performance analysis, set realistic goals and KPI metrics, and track actions efficiently
* Identify and pursue improvement opportunities as a process expert to enhance operational management
* Investigate and analyse emerging opportunities in the advertising ecosystem to provide compelling recommendations to leadership
* Lead key initiatives and programs within the Global Vendor Operations team
* Review vendor data to pinpoint process improvements and enhance vendor performance
* Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to launch new workflows
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 5 years of experience in outsourcing/offshoring, including operations and vendor management
* Experience analysing data, identifying insights, and implementing action plans
* Fluent level Japanese and English
