A renowned manufacturing firm is searching for a Sales Manager.Responsibilities:
* Promote turbochargers to Japanese end users globally
* Support digital initiatives with both external and internal key stakeholders
* Develop, implement and monitor sales strategies, sales plans and sales support activities plans
* Build long-term relationships with assigned customers at all levels
* Ensure that the customer database is updated, maintained, and utilised for sales visits and capturing business potential
* Define service sales prices and offerings for products sold in Japan and through the network
* Verify customer complaints and claims and develop solutions
Requirements:
* Understanding of the market and customers
* Prior sales manager experience
* Profound value selling skills
* Coaching skills for sales members
* Basic financial knowledge
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
* Ability and willingness to travel
