As a Functional Implementation Consultant for HCM/HRMS/Payroll, you will be a domain expert responsible for architecting comprehensive HCM solutions tailored to customer needs.As a Functional Implementation Consultant at Ceridian, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality HCM solutions. Also, gather and document customer requirements, consult on business needs, and troubleshoot SQL, XML, and XSLT code. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to manage projects, collaborate with customers and vendors for thorough testing, and demonstrate deep product expertise. Your role involves working with various internal teams to identify gaps, improve processes, and implement tooling initiatives. You'll also provide leadership by mentoring team members, ensuring timely project completion, and recommending product enhancements. As a subject matter expert in Dayforce modules, particularly Workforce Management (WFM), you'll architect scalable solutions that meet customer requirements and drive successful project outcomes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant software/computer related fields
• Superior communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong proficiency and an understanding of relational database systems
• Expert understanding of programming, HTML and Microsoft Server Technology
• Knowledge of SQL, XML and XSLT
• Solid exposure to hosting and change management protocols
• Proven experience in successfully leading and delivering complex system configurations
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in human capital management application consulting
• Experience in business process mapping
• Experience in change management an asset
