A renowned software company is looking for an Implementation Consultant.Responsibilities:
* Analyse and interpret client operational need to identify optimal software products and services
* Advise clients on expanding or improving software usage
* Build strong alliances with clients to foster high satisfaction and retention levels
* Analyse and resolve software functionality and reporting issues for clients
* Manage ongoing software integrations, maintenance, and updates in collaboration with clients
* Lead clients through software implementation processes from setup to integration
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences
* More than 5 years of experience in software or business process consulting
* Proven experience managing projects with multiple touchpoints
* Proficient in MS 365
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Ability and willingness to travel
