An international cruise line is searching for a Finance and Administration Manager.Responsibilities:
* Work with the business to identify drivers and needs for the annual planning process
* Assess actual results against plans and forecasts
* Identify opportunities for improvements and reductions in spending
* Provide inputs to monthly and ad-hoc reporting including Boardroom reports summarising business performance
* Manage team's production of reconciliations and support for all incoming and outgoing cash transactions
* Ensure the accuracy and integrity of vendors' payment information
* Serve as the primary local point of contact for all external and internal audit queries
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or related major
* More than 3 years of experience as a finance manager or equivalent (travel industry, consumer brand, or agency is preferred)
* Experience in finance and accounting planning and execution
* Proficient in MS Office
* Experience in managing office administration is a plus
* Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English (TOEIC 800+)
