仕事内容: An HRBP position is now available in a multinational medical device manufacturer.
Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify HR needs and opportunities
* Involve in workforce planning, change management and executing succession planning initiatives
* Provide guidance and support to managers in handling employee-related issues
* Execute hiring strategy to identify, attract, and retain top talent
* Ensure effective onboarding practices
* Collaborate with managers to assess and develop their teams
* Provide guidance on compensation and benefits within the local market
* Collect and analyse HR data to generate insights and make informed decisions

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or human resources-related discipline
* More than 5 years of working experience in human resources in an extensive and fast-growing environment
* Experience working in commercial business in a multinational or matrix environment, working with senior leadership, as well as country and functional managers
* Experience in strategic and tactical HR core functions
* Experience implementing HR initiatives and projects
* Knowledge of HR-related software or systems (SAP SuccessFactors is preferred)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Fluent level English (TOEIC 850+)
