A global consumer goods company is looking for a Finance Process Manager.Responsibilities:
* Direct US GAAP and statutory accounting, reporting, receivables, payables, fixed asset control, and payroll functions
* Plan organisational structure and human resource needs, ensuring recruitment, training, and staff development
* Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and legal obligations related to accounting and disclosure
* Prepare timely PM financial reports to aid local and regional management in controlling business performance
* Develop and implement financial policies for optimal resource use and full transaction control
* Establish internal controls and train staff on procedures to protect company assets and meet compliance requirements
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 10 years of experience in Finance or Strategic Planning in international companies in FMCG or consumer business
* More than 3 years of experience as a people manager or project leader
* Prior FMCG experience
* Previous audit and accounting experience
* People management experience
* Strong reporting knowledge in IFRS/USGAAP/JPGAAP
* Native level Japanese; fluent level English
