A renowned electronics company is seeking a National Sales Manager.Responsibilities:
* Lead the growth of the Japanese business and execute sales strategies with key APAC leaders
* Collaborate with the Senior Strategic Account Leader to enhance account management strategies
* Leverage the Asia Leadership Team to improve cross-department collaboration
* Develop and monitor annual sales budgets, implementing countermeasures as needed
* Maintain and deliver accurate sales forecasts while coordinating with various teams
* Manage field and inside sales teams across Kansai and Kanto regions
* Support trade shows, webinars, and events with input on high voltage power supply solutions
* Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights for strategic competitive positioning
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, or related field (MBA is ideal)
* More than 10 years of senior management experience in sales, customer service, or finance
* Extensive experience in the Japanese market with strong knowledge of local business practices
* Proven experience in strategic account management and sales management
* Proficient in Dynamics 365 (CRM), MS Office Suite, and ERP systems
* Business level English (TOEIC 700+)
