A global semiconductor company is looking for an Accounting Manager.Responsibilities:
* Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and tax filings
* Prepare tax provision sheets and quarterly BS reviews
* Review bookings under USGAAP and JGAAP, including adjustments
* Handle corporate income tax returns and financial statement preparations
* Oversee M&A projects and manage shared services activities
* Drive daily process improvements and manage ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
* More than 7 years of finance and accounting experience
* Proven experience with SAP
* Knowledge of USGAAP & JGAAP
* Possess a valid CPA, USCPA, or Nissho Bookkeeping grade 2+ qualification
