A global beverage company is looking for an IT Business Analyst Manager.Responsibilities:
* Supervise and develop a technically skilled regional IT team
* Manage vendor relationships for commercial technology projects
* Coordinate project priorities with global IT teams and ensure regional adherence to IT processes
* Collaborate with global and regional leadership to improve sales and marketing processes
* Manage regional IT and commercial business projects
* Implement and support CRM and analytics projects
* Drive adoption of digital technologies and provide technical mentorship
* Ensure implementation, support, and training for new systems across regions
Requirements:
* Proven experience in commercial reporting and analytics
* Prior experience with commercial business planning processes
* Strong leadership and team development experience
* Experience with Salesforce, Boomi, Tableau, and relevant certifications preferred
* Strong communication skills across all levels
