A leading financial institution is looking for a Business Manager.Responsibilities:
* Provide sales support with a focus on client development and data analysis
* Coordinate KYC requirements and remediation efforts
* Act as the interface between business functions including Legal, Compliance, and Risk
* Manage budgeting, cost reviews, and CC monitoring
* Support business development projects and management reporting
* Implement regulatory measures and internal controls
* Contribute to business strategy and daily operations
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* More than 2 years of experience in global markets or related fields
* Prior front office experience (Sales, Structuring, FIC, Client Dev, etc.) is ideal
* Knowledge of global markets business lines
* Expertise in Business Intelligence interfaces (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus
* Fluent level Japanese; advanced level English
