Provide timely, professional administrative assistance to employees and executives in order to enhance the team’s productivity.
• Work closely with Accounting team in preparation of Travel & Expense reports.
• Create, edit and troubleshoot documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Support the production and assembly of company presentations and client materials.
• Setup and coordinate meetings and conference calls.
• Manage the supply and inventory of office supplies, kitchen supplies.
• Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.• Maintain hard copy and support electronic filing system for company and client investment materials.
• Establish standards and procedures, measuring results and making necessary adjustments.

- 必須

・Bachelor’s degree or 5years’ experience in an administrative role or related client service experience in financ
ial services, alternative fund orcorporate administration or similar field experience required.
・Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
