〈仕事内容詳細〉
- Position will report directly to Supply Chain Manager
- Oversee Material Management functions to enhance overall effectiveness in achieving business goals and objectives.
- Facilitate the S&OP and SLOB meetings with the commercial team.
- Generate purchase requisitions and orders based on forecasts and customer sales requirements.
- Validate sales orders and coordinate with suppliers to improve delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with inter-company suppliers to update demand forecasts.
- Manage inbound shipments and ensure proper receipt of goods.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and leading supply chain enhancement initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party warehouses to manage the receiving and storage of inbound products, ensuring compliance with all processes.
- Administer inventory management in accordance with company objectives, including Days on Hand (DOH), aging stock, and SLOB considerations.
- Develop strategies to monitor the performance of third-party service providers to ensure they meet expected service levels and maintain effective inventory control.
- Engage in audits for 3PL/3PW and carry out good receipt procedures.

- 必須

- 5 years’ experience in Logistics, Planning, Purchasing, Shipping, Transportation, or Warehouse (one is fine)
- College or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Previous experience working with SAP and data management systems desirable.
- Confident to make decisions and take initiative.
- English communication skill is preferred.
- Willing to work under pressure
