A renowned international material company is looking for an APAC Marketing Leader.Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement functional marketing strategies aligned with brand and segment objectives
* Oversee the execution of integrated marketing plans to support commercial growth in APAC
* Collaborate with internal teams to manage regional investment plans
* Lead the marketing planning and measurement processes for APAC markets
* Drive marketing KPIs and improve the effectiveness of marketing investments
* Provide leadership and coaching to marketing associates
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in business or marketing
* More than 10 years of experience in marketing
* Experience in marketing (paid, owned and earned media, and on and offline retail marketing)
* Prior B2B and B2C experience
* More than 5 years of experience in a leadership role
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Proficient in written and spoken English; Japanese and Korean is a plus
