A global investment management firm is seeking a Compliance Officer.Responsibilities:
* Develop and oversee compliance programs ensuring legal adherence
* Identify compliance risks and devise strategies to mitigate them
* Support compliance reviews and ensure regulatory compliance
* Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits
* Regularly report compliance status to management
* Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in law, finance, business, or a related domain
* 2-4 years of experience in compliance
* Experience in a Private Equity organisation or financial institution
* Understanding of investment management business laws and regulations
* Possess a valid Type II finance license
* Fluent level Japanese and English
