〈仕事内容詳細〉
-Plan and monitor progress of tasks for all Operations Department projects in Japan.
-Drive responsibility, accountability, and ownership for projects, enhancements, and actionable items related to process standardization and improvements.
-Communicate project priorities and monitor, escalate unresolved issues.
-Create and execute change management and communication plans with global team support.
-Identify, track, and mitigate risks in Operations Department projects in Japan; manage overlapping requests across teams.
-Negotiate and influence stakeholders to reach agreements for successful launches of new tools and processes (internal and external).
-Partner with local Operations, Commercial Teams, Global IT, and Regional Operations Team to design and deploy new tools for process improvement.
-Identify, prioritize, and coordinate harmonization efforts of processes within the Operations Department in Japan and APAC.
-Plan, control, and execute project budgets.
-Review and document existing and new processes for the Operations Department.
-Train staff and internal/external stakeholders on existing and new processes within the Operations Department in Japan.
-Ensure timely project completion while adhering to current policies and maintaining accurate documentation.
-Drive all project management activities, including scopes, charters, roadmaps, and workplans.
-Perform other duties as assigned.

- 必須

-5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, and
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Science, or a related field preferred.
-Must have basic knowledge of Supply Chain Concepts, Lean Supply Chain, ERP Principles, inventory management, and customer order fulfillment processes.
-Working knowledge of ERP systems and the broader Application Ecosystem; SAP experience preferred.
-Excellent analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
-Good written and oral communication skills in English.
-Ability to work well in a group environment and demonstrate influence without direct authority.
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills required.
-Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a can-do attitude.
-Strong negotiation skills.
