〈仕事内容詳細〉
-Perform logistics operations such as ordering/delivery management/delivery information, and manage information on various internal systems.
-Communicate with the business partners in charge and check and process billing-related matters.
-After consulting with related departments, identify the items that should be stocked, determine their reasonable inventory value, and determine the quantity and price.
monitor and reflect it in future demand forecasts, arrangements, and sharing plans.
-Verify existing logistics-related procedures and work as a team to optimize processes.
-Comply with company policies and laws and regulations (Trade Compliance) throughout the supply chain.
-Verify costs in the entire supply chain (transportation, storage, delivery, etc.) and conduct activities for optimization.
-Verify, optimize, and execute demand forecasting and arrangement planning mechanisms in collaboration with related departments.
-Involved in projects related to the supply chain (both internal and external) and discuss and formulate strategies.
-Regularly review operational tasks and lead process changes and new creations
-Creation of value-added services in the supply chain field, such as inventory management and delivery management

- 必須

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic ability or sufficient work experience
- 5+ years of work experience in the supply chain field (delivery management, transportation management, inventory management)
- 3PL management experience in logistics
- Experience in cost management and budget management
- Experience in participating in and managing internal/external business projects
- Work experience in a multinational company or work experience with a general contractor or subcontractor is a plus.
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Intermediate to advanced level (TOEIC score around 800), Reading/Writing skills required
- Practical experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Logical thinking ability
- Improvement-oriented mindset
- Internal and external communication and coordination skills
- Adaptability, flexibility, and positive attitude to respond to changes in the environment
