A renowned international eCommerce company is seeking a Senior Talent Partner.Responsibilities:
* Lead talent succession planning and critical role mapping
* Oversee executive promotions and talent movement across business lines
* Ensure leadership teams assess organisational effectiveness and leadership capacity
* Develop solutions to improve leadership pipeline and talent match
* Build and implement the first area-focused talent management strategy
* Consult with business leaders to scale talent management solutions
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Master's Degree in Business, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources Management or related domain is ideal)
* More than 7 years of experience in talent management or human resources
* Experience leading complex program management projects in matrixed organisations is preferred
* Skilled in senior leader partnership
* Possess valid Program Management certification is a plus
* Fluent level English and Japanese
