A global packaging manufacturer is looking for a Head of SCM.Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage SCM team across regions
* Strive to meet target SCM metrics
* Procure polyethylene for cap production
* Create production plans based on forecasts
* Source additional materials for cap and can production
* Lead a team of SCM staff
* Report to global and local SCM leadership
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 5 years of experience in managing purchasing, logistics, and operations planning
* Experience in external and internal auditing is ideal
* Prior experience managing a purchasing tram and various purchasing work in a manufacturing company
* Proven experience in reporting in an international manufacturing company is ideal
* Understanding of costing, budget, forecasting, reporting and analysis in purchasing and logistics area of manufacturing company
* Background in polyethylene procurement
* Proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP
* Fluent level written and verbal English and Japanese
