* Provide technical expertise for pre-sales processes using company products and services
* Support sales teams by contributing to account planning and technical deal closure
* Collaborate with sales teams from deal qualification to deal closure, owning the technical aspects
* Analyse customer requirements and recommend solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction
* Lead product demos and enhance customer experience
* Act as the customer voice to influence future product design
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* 4-5 years of professional experience
