日本法人へ最近新たな社長が着任いたしました。
このアメリカ人の新社長の手となり足となり動いてくださる方が求められています。
ビジネスの効率的な運営を支援するため、様々なリサーチ、戦略的なビジネスに関する分析、インプット、サポートの提供をお任せします。更に様々なプロジェクトにもご参加いただきます。
社長と、リーダーシップチームやregion/globalとの橋渡し的役割となっていただく事も期待されています。
- 仕事内容
-
• Assists in strategic analyses with sufficient analytical inputs to support the organization’s vision and goals.
• Obtains, compiles and extracts information from files, publications, internet, databases, and other sources to prepare documents and briefing papers.
• Reviewing and editing business documents/decks and presentations to ensure content consistency and appropriate analytical inputs to the business leaders.
• Assists in the preparation of the agenda for meetings, makes recommendations concerning the content of the agenda to ensure continuity and efficiency at the meetings and ensures that documentation is available and distributed for each meeting in a timely fashion. Following the meeting, drafts the minutes and follows up on outstanding items.
• Assist in preparation of internal communications as per established internal protocols and guidance.
• Acts as the go-to facilitator and interpreter for the Managing Director during internal and external meetings

Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must
Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytical based role, preferably in Consulting or internal Strategy function
Sharp, analytical mindset with a strategic outlook
Knowledge of key business & financial concepts
Overseas experience and/or education is a plus.
