A multinational IT company is looking for an Associate Manager.Responsibilities:
* Provide legal guidance to business units and the legal team
* Assist in developing and implementing legal strategies
* Collaborate on contract negotiations and compliance
* Contribute to corporate governance and Board Matters
* Support real estate matters, including property management
* Assist with cybersecurity, data protection, and financial regulations
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* More than 6 years of experience in a related domain
* More than 2 years of experience in a similar position
* Experience in corporate legal matters
* Skilled in legal research, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance
* Possess valid Certified Corporate Counsel (CCC) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) qualification is ideal
