A global medical devices company is looking for an HR Business Partner.Responsibilities:
* Partner with people leaders to foster an inclusive culture and boost employee engagement
* Utilise data to enhance employee retention and productivity
* Guide leaders in performance management and feedback processes
* Provide consultation on HR policies and handle employee relations matters
* Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning and talent assessments
* Coach managers in talent selection, development, and retention strategies
Requirements:
* More than 8 years of experience in human resources or talent management
* Background in leading others to solve complex people and organisation problems
* Prior background in interpreting internal and external business challenges
* Experience in a team environment with multiple time zones is preferred
* Proficient in Oracle HCM systems is desired
* Ability and willingness to travel is ideal
