仕事内容

A renowned global cosmetics company is seeking a Customer Engagement & Communications Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and align marketing strategies across media channels
* Identify key drivers and align digital strategy with brand positioning
* Develop content to enhance brand image and consumer experience
* Identify insights and trends to drive digital content
* Use insights to shape campaign strategies
* Lead and manage the marketing communication action plan
* Collaborate with teams to optimise media planning for campaigns
* Manage external media agencies for performance-driven planning
* Stay updated on media options and suggest for campaigns
* Create social media strategies based on analytics
* Enhance social presence on relevant platforms
* Manage budgets with flexibility across media channels
* Maximise expenditure for efficiency and performance
Requirements:
