➢ Strive for continuous improvement and excellence within the Finance team by driving active participation in business decision-making
➢ Own and manage all areas in finance including month end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, planning, taxation and analysis
➢ Create and manage financial models that support the organization's strategic planning and run deep-dives into variances to the forecast and devise insights from the data
➢ Demonstrate excellent leadership skills by providing high-quality, timely and accurate financial reports as requested by the senior leadership and corporate team
➢ Establish best-practice processes and procedures for the team and enable day-to-day structures to achieve best-in-class results
➢ Manage ad hoc business requests, support business analysis efforts, and proactively drive process improvements to increase effectiveness and efficiency of the finance team
➢ Ensure production of high-quality reports such as, but not limited to monthly and annual management accounts, plus annual statutory accounts for the business in time with our accounting timetable, Monthly forecast and variance analysis, annual budgets and 5 year Business Plans as prepared in conjunction with Japan Country Manager.
➢ To carry out any other duties in line with the post as may be reasonably requested.

- 1000万円～1300万円 （ご経験、スキル、現年収を考慮の上、決定）
