Maximize business and patient outcomes through enhancing team collaboration by right project management skills and methods
【Major accountabilities】
• Drives the management process of the organization and brand teams to realize the TA priority and brand priorities.
• Lead or manage key, cross-functional or/and undefined projects for the responsible brands
• Leads the integration of requirements of the brand teams to define a clear objective / goal of a project
• Shape the project work breakdown structure and plan the appropriate resourcing of the project teams
• Drives a continuous review of new information from the strategy and ecosystem to ensure that objectives remain appropriate, where necessary to update the project definition and/or submit new requirements to the business planning process

【Education and Languages】
• Japanese: Fluent – Native level (Equivalent to JLPT N1) (mandatory)
• Intermediate English (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree
【Work Experience】
• Experience leading cross-functional and trans-national projects
• Experience marketing services or brand management for the pharmaceutical industry. (preferred)
• Experience of agile project management in a business (not software) context (preferred)
【Skills】
• Agile Project Management
• Ability to synthesize complex requirements into clear specifications
• Strong relationship management and natural collaborator
【Skills Desired】
