* Drive business growth initiatives with the practice team to build a stable demand pipeline
* Lead business proposals from inception to completion
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote the company's value proposition
* Execute marketing campaigns to expand outreach in target markets
* Develop growth strategies to achieve revenue goals
* Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate business contracts
Requirements:
* Experience in sales and marketing teams
* Prior experience with multiple technology teams and developing digital solution offerings
* Proven experience enabling proof of concepts and pilot projects for digital solutions
* Background in developing models and frameworks
* Knowledge of product organisation or management consulting firm structure
* Excellent negotiation skills
