〇Collaboration with local business partners:
・Develop strong and trusted relationships with local key business partners
・Ensure active dialog between Tech and business on strategic priorities, execution,
and expectation levels
・Represent AllTech in local business management meeting; board meeting or
regulatory meeting as necessary
・Connect AllTech and local business teams in terms of:
ーEvangelising AllTech’s services and practices to local business leaders
ーAdvocating and implementing global tech initiatives at local level
ーReporting local tech issues, changes and events back to global & regional tech
Head
〇Team management and coordination:
・Ensure alignment between local tech team and global/ regional teams
・Lead local tech team through:
ーCoaching and mentoring as appropriate
ーHosting regular team meeting
ーParticipating in interviewing, performance evaluation and disciplinary action
if needed
ーPromoting staffs’ successes & achievements; escalating concerns to Regional
Tech Head

〇Work Experience:
・Tech function in a global financial service organization
・Min. 10 years’ management experience
・Participation in change programmes
〇Knowledge:
・Investment management business
・Tech-related best practices
・Latest technology trend
〇Qualifications：Bachelor degree or above in Tech related programme
〇Other Personal Attributes Required：
