仕事内容: A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Head of Employee Relations.
Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement ER strategies aligned with company goals
* Lead and mentor the ER team
* Provide guidance on ER issues including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
* Conduct ER investigations and ensure proper follow-up
* Facilitate the disciplinary committee
* Lead union negotiations and maintain positive union relations

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above in human resources, labour relations, or a relevant domain
* More than 10 years of experience in ER
* More than 5 years of experience in a leadership role
* Experience in union negotiation and labour relations
* Strong interpersonal communication skills
* Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR Software
