〈仕事内容詳細〉
- Manage 3 staff and report to a foreign expat CFO
- Ensure availability of the products to customers, strive for On-Time and In-Full.
- Lead distribution according to the BU and Global Supply Chain strategies and contribute to the achievements of the affiliate’s objectives through competitive and innovative solutions.
- Respect Good Practices of Logistics and Distribution.
- Set up direct communication lines with distributors operations, build trust, relationship and develop added value through projects and/or improvements.
- Build subordinate's skills (1 Senior and 2 staffs), motivate and drive their performance.
- Creation of monthly dashboards and reporting on key indicators : logistic costs, air rate, stock cover by category, project progress, etc,…
- Manage / oversee Customer Service team
- Lead the monthly Forecasting process & meeting. Update the forecast with Sales and Marketing dpt.
- Share with HQ
- Measure accuracy and dispersion vs actual. Review monthly the potential discrepancies and implement action plan for improvement.
- Talk directly to customers to increase understanding of their procurement policy
- Support Finance in the elaboration of Budget and Plans.
- Optimize the level of inventory by product category according to objectives and secure the availability of the products to customers. - Monitor fill-rate to customers, develop action plan to stick with the objectives.

- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach and proactive mindset.
- Demonstrated experience as a Supply Chain Department Manager.
- Experience with ERP systems, with SAP experience being a plus.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite, with advanced skills in MS Excel (excluding VBA).
- Hands-on, with a positive and approachable demeanor.
- Fluent in Japanese and English (mandatory)
- Genuine interest and ability to supervise and develop a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Resilient under pressure.
