仕事内容: 外資系投資情報分析・提供会社でのClient Advisory (Customer Success) Manager / Senior Associate

informed decisions that lead to a more just and sustainable economy. The Customer
Success team is central to this mission ? we support our investor clients to effectively
leverage Sustainalytics’ solutions so that they can identify, understand and manage ESG-related risks and opportunities.
The Manager or Senior Associate in the Customer Success team will play an integral part
in our work with leading asset managers, asset owners, wealth managers and banks. In
this role you will be responsible for the retention of your own client portfolio within an
assigned territory in Japan.

必須: Skills and abilities
The ideal candidate is collaborative, dynamic and solutions-oriented, with a good understanding
of the investor landscape and responsible investment trends. We are open to considering a
diversity of experiences and your enthusiasm and ambition to contribute to a more just and
sustainable economy is the most important.
Some of the skills and abilities we look for include:
? 4+ years’ experience in a client servicing or account management role.
? Demonstrated knowledge of investment industry, financial services and ESG.
? Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
? Experience and an aptitude in leading projects from start to finish with little oversight.
? Analytical skills, strong attention to detail and

? Japanese and English fluency required.
? Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
? Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (business, economics, finance, environment

? Desired, not required, Master’s degree in related discipline or qualification such as CFA.
? Genuine team player, who operates with a high level of integrity and enjoys working in a
collaborative environment.
