A renowned furniture company is looking for an Operations Senior Manager.Responsibilities:
* Streamline operations to meet sales goals
* Control warehouse and logistics expenses, focusing on KPI targets
* Develop and manage inventory control systems with a focus on quarterly goals
* Ensure timely product delivery by managing incoming schedules
* Oversee IT, General Affairs, and Legal teams for seamless support
* Lead performance reviews and align training with global initiatives
Requirements:
* Master's degree or above
* Experience in a management role for a 'blue chip' brand
* Prior experience in back-office management at a consumer business
* Understanding of operation segment at customer service, purchase and inventory, IT, general affairs, and legal
* Ability to manage 3rd party logistics, lawyers, and local suppliers for the products
* Business level reading, written, and verbal English
