仕事内容
New, Lead Solution Engineer role at a growing Cyber Security vendor in Tokyo. Well established globally and now challenging the Tokyo market.
* Serve as a primary technical point of contact for high-value clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
* Understand clients' security requirements, business objectives, and technical environments to deliver tailored solutions.
* Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations to showcase the value of solutions.
* Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of our solutions.
* Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support to resolve complex technical issues.
* Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to educate clients on best practices and advanced features.

応募資格
必須
5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or consulting role within the cybersecurity industry.
Deep understanding of endpoint protection, threat detection, and IR.

Strong technical acumen and hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CISM) are a plus.
