A global technology and manufacturing company is looking for an EHS Manager.Responsibilities:
* Execute EHS programs and procedures to meet objectives
* Implement EHS management systems and certifications
* Manage EHS reporting and performance metrics
* Administer EHS training across the business unit
* Coordinate EHS corrective actions and audits
* Lead resource conservation initiatives
* Manage EHS aspects of contractor work on-site
* Integrate EHS into other functional areas
* Foster an EHS culture of excellence
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in chemical engineering, material science, or a relevant domain
* More than 5 years of experience in EHS and people management
* Experience in safety management in an industrial work setting
* Prior experience with resource conservation and energy efficiency
* Understanding of EHS regulations
* Business level English; native level Japanese
