A renowned software development company is seeking a Professional Services VP.Responsibilities:
* Cultivate executive-level relationships with key customers
* Maintain strong cross-functional relationships to achieve goals
* Direct and engage associates in the strategic vision for Professional Services
* Collaborate with regional and global teams to enhance effectiveness
* Build a cohesive consulting organisation
* Utilise resources across regions to meet needs
* Oversee the P&L for Professional Services
* Manage Professional Services for customer implementations and integrations
* Continue managing customer relationships post-deployment
Requirements:
* 10-15 years of experience managing professional services or other customer success teams
* More than 10 years of experience leading professional services delivery strategies for SaaS software company
* More than 10 years of experience delivering solutions related to supply chain in a manufacturing or retail industry
* Experience producing rapid time-to-value
* Prior experience in collaborating with product management functions in a technology company
* Proven experience with alternative and adaptive staffing models that drive quality and efficiency
